ARIF in Switzerland
As an independent asset manager, we are subject to the rules of conduct enacted by ARIF in its Code of Ethics. ARIF (French-Swiss Association of Financial Intermediaries) is a self-regulatory body authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and entrusted with exercising supervision over the financial intermediaries referred to in Article 2 para. 3 of the Swiss Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in the Financial Sector (AMLA). ARIF is also recognized by FINMA as a professional organization for the enactment of rules of conduct relating to the exercise of the profession of independent asset manager within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA).
AMF in Quebec
The AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) is the body mandated by the government of Québec to regulate the province's financial markets and provide assistance to consumers of financial products and services.
OSC in Ontario
As a regulatory body, the OSC (Ontario Securities Commission) administers and enforces compliance with the provisions of the Securities Act and the Commodity Futures Act in Ontario. It works to protect investors and foster fair and efficient markets by making and monitoring compliance with rules governing the securities industry in Ontario.
